Receive high quality, in-depth coverage of the discus and shot put from NCAA Division II Two-Time National Champion and 8-Time All-American Coach Isaiah Schafer. Attendees will learn warm-up drills, throwing drills and technique progressions in the shot put and discus events. Attendees have the option to attend both sessions -or- one session of their choosing.
